HKA is seeking a Project Billing Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting team in Dallas, TX. This hybrid role will manage high-volume invoicing, maintain project data in Deltek Vantagepoint, and collaborate with engagement managers to ensure accurate client billing.
You will own monthly invoicing for 20+ Eng Managers and handle 100+ pre-bills per cycle, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely, compliant billing. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication are essential.
