Job QualificationsEight (8) years of accounting experience and college level education, that includes a minimum of 24 semester hours in accounting or auditing, or a certificate as Certified Public Accountant or a Certified Internal Auditor, obtained through written examination, plus the completion of the Financial Management Training Program (FMT).
Or
Bachelors degree in accounting; or a degree in a related field such as business administration, finance, or public administration that included or was supplemented by 24 semester hours in accounting and six (6) years of experience.

- Oversees accounts payable, payroll, receivables, follow up on accounts, and other general accounting functions.
- Manages general ledger maintenance activities.
- Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices, expense vouchers, and prompt responses to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Reviews internal processes and develops recommendations for improvement.
- Maintains accurate records, control reports, and prepares presentations for exchange executives and outside agencies.
- Analyzes financial statements and provides feedback to customers.
- Develops projections reports using historical data and current trends.
- Leads, mentors, coaches, and develops associates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
