This is also a hybrid opportunity and an excellent chance for an experienced AP professional ready to take the next step in their career. Our client will consider an existing Supervisor or a strong Senior AP Clerk/Specialist who is ready to move into leadership.

• Supervise and support the day-to-day Accounts Payable function
• Ensure accurate and timely processing and payment of vendor invoices
• Oversee vendor statement reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies
• Monitor AP performance, service levels and processing accuracy
• Coach and train team members while helping improve processes
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation
• Assist with reporting, system enhancements and process improvements
• Support proper invoice coding and inventory-related payables

• 3+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
• Strong 3-way match / inventory payables experience
• Large-volume vendor statement reconciliation experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Leadership experience preferred, but we will consider someone ready for their first supervisory opportunity
• Experience in retail, distribution, manufacturing or another multi-site environment strongly preferred
• Eclipse experience is a plus
