Payroll Manager

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for accuracy, compliance, and on-time processing
• Oversee payroll tax reporting, reconciliations, and filings under federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead, manage, develop, and evaluate payroll team members
• Collaborate with People Practices and Finance leaders on payroll policies, benefit deductions, and system integrations
• Implement process improvements and technology enhancements
• Oversee payroll audits, controls, and compliance initiatives
• Monitor legislative changes affecting payroll and update procedures and systems

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field required
• 10-12 years of progressive experience in payroll management or administration required
• Team leadership responsibilities experience required
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required

Demonstrates expertise in managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and leading a payroll team. Proficient in implementing process improvements and overseeing payroll audits and controls.
