This is a Winter 2028 internship at Cohn Reznick, located in Dallas, TX. What You’ll Actually Do
  • Audit Engagement:
    Prepare audit work papers and support all aspects of an audit engagement, including cash reconciliations, accounts payable, and searching for unrecorded liabilities.
  • Service Assistance:
    Assist with audits, reviews, compilations, and accounting services for various clients.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Help resolve audit issues by obtaining necessary evidence and making inquiries of clients.
  • Client Workflow:
    Support the team with daily client workflow and various engagement tasks.
  • Exposure & Mentorship:
    Gain exposure to diverse clients and industries while collaborating with seasoned professionals and receiving mentorship.
The Must-Haves
  • Background:
    Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, on track to complete 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility, and must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 3.2 GPA in both your major and overall; successful completion of Intermediate Accounting with a grade of B or higher; leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects.
  • Skills:

    Exhibit excellent communication skills, demonstrate sharp critical thinking, possess advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and be eager to learn new technologies.
  • Bonus:
    Comfortable navigating fast-pace environments and embracing change.
