We are hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper to become a key contributor to our team in Dallas, TX. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven accounting professional with strong manufacturing accounting experience to take ownership of critical financial functions while partnering with leadership to support continued growth and operational excellence.

In this role, you'll manage a broad range of accounting responsibilities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank and general ledger reconciliations, payroll processing, tax compliance, financial reporting, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and the analysis of raw materials, steel, work-in-progress, and job-related costs.

Leveraging Quick Books and ERP systems, you'll play a vital role in delivering accurate financial insights, improving operational efficiencies, and supporting strategic business decisions. Requirements :

• 3+ years of manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) , Payroll and general accounting
• Experience with inventory management, cost accounting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Quick Books, ERP systems, and ADP Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of sales tax, payroll tax compliance, DOT reporting, and vehicle taxation

Hours :
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
