We are looking to fill Senior Property Accountant position in Dallas. This role is with a prominent real estate company that offers a family friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience within property accounting. The position will be responsible to perform full cycle accounting, financial reporting, audit assistance, and interaction with different departments.

This is a hybrid position and offers great work flexibility. The position pays 95K-100K plus bonus. This company also has great benefits and it's know for it's employee-centric culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
  • Accrual and cash journal entries
  • Review operating statements and variance reports
  • Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis.
  • Perform CAM reconciliations
  • Interact and communicate with property managers
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Recent commercial or retail accounting experience
Skills:
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel
  • Experience working in Real Estate related ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI or Onesite
Pay Details:

$95,000.00 to $ per year
