Responsibilities
- Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements
- Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services
- Collaborate with tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues
- Focus on engagement management and operational excellence
- Develop and train team members
- Expand technical and professional knowledge through client interactions, self-study, and training opportunities
- Work with a diverse range of clients
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Active CPA license or EA for Tax positions, or eligibility to sit for the CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license
- 2 years’ experience as an associate in public accounting preferred
- Willingness to support aspiring career goals
- Ability to help others and work with high-performing people
- Problem-solving ability and confidence bringing solutions forward
- Love of public accounting
