Tax Senior Associate

We're hiring a Tax Senior Associate for an established, mid-sized CPA firm in Dallas. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for an experienced tax associate with a strong background in public accounting tax. The Tax Senior will prepare and review complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses while mentoring staff.

• Prepare and review complex tax returns, including 1065, 1120S, 1040, and 1041
• Tax estimates, projections, planning, and compliance
• Research and resolve complex tax issues
• Manage client relationships and provide tax advisory support
• Supervise engagements and review staff work
• Mentor and develop staff accountants
• Collaborate with partners on client matters and practice development

• Years of public accounting tax experience
• Active CPA license preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong partnership, S corporation, individual, and fiduciary tax experience
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Quick Books, and tax/accounting technology
