Sr. Accountant

Financial Additions has a long term contract opportunity for a senior accountant with SAP experience. This department is growing fast and they anticipate additional headcount to be added later in 2026, so it's a great time to get your foot in the door at this great north Dallas company! This is an onsite role with great hourly pay rate and they are looking for interview and hire quickly!

• Daily accounting and analysis for all fuel inventory, sales, and margin activities.
• Ensure that purchase, sales, margin, and inventory activities are accurately captured, reconciled, analyzed, and continuously improved.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Resolve issues quickly and with minimal oversight
• Analyze financial data including fuel margin, inventory, and sales activity.
• Prepare and issue fuel sales invoices, verifying volumes against daily close reports.

• 4+ years in senior accountant or operational accounting role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience using SAP (or other large ERP system)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger activity, and reconciliations
• Ability to analyze complex, high-volume transactional data in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Right Angle, Power BI, Alteryx, or Robotic Process Automation tools is a plus
• Multi-entity retail or oil & gas industry experience a plus
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree required;
  Accounting degree highly preferred
