Associate Director - Strategic Accounting & Finance Consulting

They're looking for a Dallas Director to come in & hit the ground running - no BD needed, travel optional - this role won't last long.

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• 8+ years of experience needed:
• 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred - Experience with large, Public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD)
• 4+ years of Industry Experience, with progression - in Accounting or Finance capacity

• High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.
• Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA etc.)
