• Prepare individual, partnership, corporate, and other tax returns using advanced tax preparation software and accounting tools such as Quick Books, Sage, and other financial software.
• Analyze financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, and supporting tax documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on tax law changes, tax reporting requirements, and deductions to optimize client outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, clarify questions, and explain complex tax concepts in an understandable manner.
• Assist with tax planning strategies for individuals and businesses to improve financial health and compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, tax filings, and correspondence for audit readiness and future reference.
• Support client acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service that fosters long-term relationships.

• Extensive knowledge of tax laws, tax compliance procedures, and recent updates affecting individual and corporate taxes.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software, accounting software like Quick Books and Sage, and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analysis skills to interpret financial data accurately while identifying potential deductions or credits.
• Excellent client communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Experience with partnership tax expertise, corporate accounting practices, bookkeeping, and technical accounting principles.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; proficiency in 10 key typing is a plus.
• Demonstrated sales aptitude for client acquisition and marketing efforts that expand the firm's reach.
