Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Coordinator is seeking a front-desk and administrative support role at our Dallas location.

Job Description

Vail & Park, P.C. is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure a positive client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Front Desk & Client

    Experience:

    • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
    • Greet visitors and clients upon arrival
    • Receive and organize client documents
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Administrative and Office Operations Support:
    • Track and assist with ordering office and kitchen supplies
    • Maintain and stock supplies in reception and common areas
    • Assist team members with administrative tasks, including pick-up/drop-off of reports or payments
    • Travel locally for occasional company errands
    • Scan and route documents to appropriate team members
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    • Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment
To be successful, these are the skills, qualities and experience you will need:
  • High school diploma
  • Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail
  • Understanding of client confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom Teams)
  • 1–2 years of customer service, reception or administrative work
  • Call center or high-volume phone experience
  • Positive attitude and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Position Details

Location: 9330 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway, Suite 280, Dallas, TX
Schedule: Part-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
Hourly rate: $16.00 – $21.00 based on experience
