Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We’re looking for an Onsite - Administrative Assistant for our client. If you have 3-5 years of experience in Oracle/New System – Updates, tax background, Word & Adobe then this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.
What You'll Do- Oracle/New System – Updates, setting up new clients, upload SOW’s
- Agiloft – Keeping client data updated
- Engagement Letters – preparation/process (back-up)
- MSA/SOW – Uploading to Agiloft for Dallas and Fort Worth
- Taxpayer Copies – mail taxpayer copies to clients
- Certified mailing
- Processing as needed (back-up support for current staff)
- Scanning, Docu Sign
- User Verse – upload e-filing acceptance
- Back-up for front desk
- Expense reporting for Principals
- Travel reservations as required/needed for Principals
- Tax background
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects / tasks with an attention to detail
- Advanced or expert in computer skills:
Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe. Experience in Peoplesoft database recommended - Excellent written and verbal communication skills including superior grammar, spelling, and punctuation that enable the incumbent to work with top level management and other executive level clients.
- Possesses superior customer service skills. Displays independent judgment, finesse and diplomacy in all situations
- Consistently seeks to improve processes
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented that enable efficient and effective multi-tasking
- Capable of managing highly confidential information
