Job Description

As a Receptionist on a coverage assignment, you ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Your role is essential to ensuring a welcoming and organized front office, while supporting general administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Greet visitors and assist with sign-in procedures
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail or packages
  • Perform light administrative support such as data entry, filing, or calendar coordination
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new office environments and systems
  • Punctual, reliable, and polished appearance
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general office equipment

  • Assignments vary in length (1 day to 1 week or more)
