The Loan Officer Assistant will be organized with a strong attention to detail. This individual is expected to exercise significant initiative in the performance of all assigned duties.

• Assist Loan Officer in general administrative and clerical duties.
• Obtain loan documentation once loan application is received and ensure all documentation is completed accurately for Loan Officer to proceed to the next phase of processing.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, lunches, etc. for the Loan Officer and clients.
• Assist with branch marketing efforts to generate leads.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be dependable with meeting deadlines and managing time.
• Ability to work independently on multiple files simultaneously.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.

• Previous experience in the mortgage banking industry.

No direct reports.

The environment is characteristic of an office setting. Must be able to execute complex tasks on time-sensitive transactions, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
