Job DescriptionAddison Group is partnering with our client to hire a highly trusted and polished Personal Assistant. This role supports a senior executive and their spouse, requiring exceptional discretion, adaptability, and the ability to manage personal priorities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in high-trust environments.
This is a fully onsite position that includes time spent at a private residence, in-office support, and running errands as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands‑on personal and administrative support to an executive and spouse
- Coordinate complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a primary point of contact by managing calls, emails, and correspondence
- Handle personal logistics including errands, vendor coordination, household‑related needs, and scheduling services
- Support lifestyle management tasks such as event planning, gifting, reminders, and bookings
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and executive briefing materials
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Process expense reports, invoices, and assist with basic budgeting tasks
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
- Anticipate needs and resolve issues independently before escalation
- Travel with the family as needed
- 50% supporting spouse and household needs
- 25% running errands and coordinating services
- 25% providing in-office executive support
- Proven experience supporting senior‑level executives in a personal assistant capacity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in both office and residential environments
- Self‑starter who anticipates needs and operates with minimal direction
