Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Whitley Penn, a leading CPA and Consulting firm, is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Dallas. The Front Desk Coordinator performs general and administrative tasks to ensure the successful daily operations of the office. The expected hours for the position are 7:45am – 5:00pm with additional hours as required, Monday to Friday.

- Welcome clients and guests professionally and cheerfully
- Manage and direct incoming calls
- Maintain conference room neatness and general office organization
- Monitor conference room schedule and assist with scheduling and room preparation, as needed
- Place orders for office supplies
- Coordinate outgoing Fed Ex and courier packages
- Inter-office mail preparation and documentation management
- Assist with incoming/outgoing mail
- Coordination of monthly birthday celebration, including ordering treats for the office
- Order and set-up/clean-up lunch for working lunch meetings
- Miscellaneous copying and faxing
- Guest parking validation
- Assist with special projects and other various duties, assigned
- The work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment.
- Regular, physical, and predictable on-site job attendance.
- Must be able to lift or move up to 30 lbs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with front office/administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel;
PowerPoint is a plus - Must be organized with strong attention to detail
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude
- Must be prompt, dependable and reliable
