Taryn Newton’s brand is growing, and we’re looking for a Community, Content & Admin Coordinator to support both the creative and operational side of the business.
This role is ideal for someone who is strategy-minded, detail-oriented, and able to connect day-to-day execution to broader business goals, while also being comfortable handling the hands‑on work that keeps a fast‑moving brand running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in content publishing, community engagement, performance tracking, and office and logistical support. This is a high‑trust execution role with room to grow as the brand scales.
Approximately 60–70% of the role focuses on content and community, with 30–40% focused on administrative, office, and logistical responsibilities tied directly to content production and brand operations.
You’ll report to the Brand & Operations Manager and work closely with Taryn and the Affiliate Manager.
What You’ll Do Content & Community- Publish and manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LTK, and Amazon Storefront
- Maintain and update the content calendar
- Ensure posts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with campaigns
- Engage with the community via comments and DMs using brand tone and judgment
- Track engagement trends, audience feedback, and content performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries with insights and recommendations
- Identify patterns in high‑and low‑performing content and share optimization ideas
- Stay informed on platform and algorithm updates and suggest improvements
- Coordinate giveaways end to end, including entry tracking, winner communication, and fulfillment
- Ensure alignment with platform rules and partner expectations
- Track results and document insights
- Open, organize, and track incoming packages
- Steam, organize, and store clothing and products
- Manage inventory flow, returns, and shipments
- Assist with set preparation and cleanup during content days
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and vendor appointments
These responsibilities are a core and valued part of the role and directly support content quality and brand growth.
