Job Role
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive office and administrative support to construction project teams. This role serves as a central coordination point between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients, handling documentation, scheduling, reporting, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a project-based construction environment.
Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support- Manage phone calls, messages, visitor coordination, and front-desk communication.
- Handle general office administration including filing, scanning, record-keeping, mail handling, and office supplies.
- Organize and maintain project documents such as contracts, permits, insurance certificates, invoices, change orders, and correspondence
- .Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, logs, and project-tracking documents (e.g. schedules, budgets, procurement status)

- role.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced set - ting.
Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential informa - tion.
