Job Overview

Contract:

6 weeks with potential to extend. Fully onsite position, Monday - Friday (non‑negotiable).

Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and update records within Hub Spot CRM.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute reports from Hub Spot and internal databases.
  • Conduct research to support business initiatives and operational projects.
  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, document management, filing, and correspondence.
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to internal departments as needed.
  • Assist with process improvement related to data tracking and reporting.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities (if possible) and check output.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on Hub Spot experience required
    .
  • Minimum 2+ years of clerical or administrative support experience.
  • Demonstrated experience running reports and performing business research.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Hub Spot CRM required.
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation
  • $28.00 /hour Pay Rate.
