Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Executive Assistant position located in Greater Houston
, providing direct, high‑level support to the Chief Executive Officer
.

The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the CEO’s time, priorities, and communications are managed with precision. This position requires a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs, and operates with discretion and sound judgment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and daily workflow
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking follow‑ups
  • Handling internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Preparing and reconciling expense reports
  • Supporting administrative and operational tasks tied to executive priorities
  • Serving as a trusted gatekeeper, maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Improving executive efficiency and organizational flow

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the backbone of leadership operations and understands that excellence behind the scenes drives impact out front.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Strong skills in calendar/diary management and expense reporting
  • Experience managing multiple priorities with strong time management
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with office tools, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
