The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the CEO’s time, priorities, and communications are managed with precision. This position requires a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs, and operates with discretion and sound judgment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and daily workflow
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking follow‑ups
- Handling internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Preparing and reconciling expense reports
- Supporting administrative and operational tasks tied to executive priorities
- Serving as a trusted gatekeeper, maintaining strict confidentiality
- Improving executive efficiency and organizational flow

Qualifications- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Strong skills in calendar/diary management and expense reporting
- Experience managing multiple priorities with strong time management
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with office tools, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
