Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive Junior Executive Assistant to support executive leadership and assist with daily operations, programs, and events. This role is ideal for someone early in their administrative career who is passionate about nonprofit work, music, and the arts, and eager to grow within a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, meetings, communications, and administrative tasks for leadership
- Support coordination of programs, events, and artist initiatives
- Assist with donor and community communications and record keeping
- Help manage office logistics, expenses, and vendor coordination
- Support marketing, newsletters, and event promotions
- Assist with intern coordination and general team support
- Participate in event setup and occasional evening or weekend programs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems (CRM, email, scheduling platforms)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, social media, and basic design tools is helpful
- Ability to assist with event setup and light physical tasks when needed
- Genuine interest in nonprofit work, arts, and community engagement
