We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Administrative Specialist to support our our administrative work in our Dallas office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, can multi-task. Some some experience/background with software support/customer support or ticketing system assistance is a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phones and direct phone traffic
- Assist with software support ticket management and flow
- Coordinate with support department on serving in an administrative function for various projects, including vendor management and scheduling and some reporting
- Opportunity to learn and assist with support calls
- Assist with customer communication and feedback for softrware support
- Receive and process vendor invoices
- Keep track of and order office supplies and consumables
- Assist in performing office administration duties
Assist in other data collection and reporting, as assigned - Complete other administrative tasks, as assigned
- Assist in planning and running company events
- Assist assigned department with administrative duties, that may include mailing, compliance, scheduling or other assigned tasks.
- Direct assignments of recurring reporting, such as receivables, collections, POs, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years’ experience in administrative or support roles
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn proprietary systems (EMS)
- Tech savvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Dependability, flexibility, and professionalism in high-trust, high-responsibility settings
- Embodiment of a Warrior’s Spirit and a Servant’s Heart in daily work
