Position Summary: As an Automotive Receptionist, you’ll be the face of the dealership—welcoming guests, answering phones, and supporting the sales and service teams with administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction starts with a positive and professional impression.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers and visitors warmly upon arrival
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Manage the customer lounge and ensure it remains clean and welcoming
  • Schedule appointments or route calls to appropriate team members
  • Assist with light administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support other departments as needed with clerical or customer service tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus!)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, phone systems, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
  • Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
