Position: Front Desk Receptionist / Data Entry & Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist / Data Entry & Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our office. This role combines front desk customer service, data entry, administrative support, and basic accounting tasks using Quick Books. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Reception
  • Greet customers and visitors in person and over the phone
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • Schedule appointments and manage basic office calendars
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area
Data Entry & Office Support
  • Enter customer information, invoices, and payments accurately
  • Update records, files, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Support office staff with general assistant duties as needed
Quick Books & Accounting Support
  • Enter invoices, payments, and basic transactions in Quick Books
  • Assist with billing, receipts, and recordkeeping
  • Maintain organized financial and customer records
Required Qualifications
  • Previous front desk or receptionist experience
  • Data entry experience with strong attention to detail
  • Quick Books experience (required)
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, email, spreadsheets)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a small business or office environment
  • Familiarity with invoicing, payments, or bookkeeping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
