Coordinate and schedule onsite property visits for the customer's fiber designers to conduct walk-throughs and assess fiber layout feasibility
Serve as a liaison between:

Client's internal design and operations teams
External property owners and leasing offices

Manage scheduling logistics to ensure all parties are aligned on visit dates, access requirements, and expectations
Maintain accurate property and scheduling information within an Excel-based tracking system
Monitor and respond to inbound calls on a shared 1-800 line from residents or leasing offices, addressing questions or routing issues as needed
Work through Outlook daily to manage email communication, follow-ups, and scheduling updates
Track and manage a consistent flow of property opportunities as they are assigned, ensuring nothing falls behind
Support early-stage planning efforts by helping ensure properties are properly evaluated before fiber build-out decisions are made

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically:

Excel (used as the primary database format)
Outlook for email communication and scheduling
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and professionally with external customers
Experience coordinating schedules between multiple parties, including internal teams and external clients
Ability to stay organized while managing a set list of assigned properties and incoming opportunities
Customer-focused mindset when responding to inbound calls from:
Property owners
Leasing offices
Apartment residents (via a monitored 1-800 line)
Strong attention to detail and follow-through to ensure records, emails, and schedules remain up to date

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with telecommunications, fiber, or infrastructure projects
Experience using Excel as a tracking or database tool, not just basic spreadsheets
Comfort supporting both internal operations teams and external customers simultaneously
Experience in a coordination, scheduling, or operations support role
