We’re Growing – Looking for a High-Level Loan Officer Assistant

I’m looking for a high-level Loan Officer Assistant to join my team.

This is not a typical support role. This is for someone who understands the mortgage process and can help drive deals from application to closing with speed, precision, and ownership.

You won’t just be checking boxes. You’ll play a key role in keeping files moving, solving problems, and helping clients get to the finish line.

What matters most
  • You think like a loan officer, not just an assistant
  • You take ownership of the file from start to close
  • You anticipate issues before they become problems
  • You communicate clearly with clients, agents, and partners
  • You move fast and follow through

If you’re experienced, proactive, and ready to grow inside a high-performance environment, let’s talk.

Qualifications
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management and task prioritization
  • 2 years experience in the mortgage industry
  • Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, with a customer‑focused approach
  • Knowledge of mortgage lending processes, relevant regulations, and loan application procedures
  • Familiarity with CRM software or loan processing systems is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Effective collaborative skills to coordinate with team members and clients
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
