Admin Assistant (JN - Dallas, Texas

Salary: USD

Position Overview

A private equity firm in Dallas is seeking a highly polished and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to partners and C-level executives. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to partners and executive leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, prioritizing conflicts, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense tracking
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, investors, and external business partners
  • Assist with planning and execution of meetings, events, and offsite functions
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting executives, partners, or C-level leadership—preferably within professional services, finance, or private equity environments
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Polished, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior leadership within private equity, investment firms, or corporate environments
  • Experience managing high-volume calendars and coordinating complex travel
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
