Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Business Administration, Data Entry
OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team in‑person at our Nolan, TX location.
Responsibilities- Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Reconciling PO receivers via Coupa.
- Processing invoices via Coupa and ensuring timely payments to maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Creating and maintaining vendor and employee master files.
- Reviewing and reconciling customer statements and accounts.
- Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders and purchase orders.
- Maintaining internal and external relationships with vendors and employees, including solving issues and discrepancies.
- Performing data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks such as ordering office supplies, filing, scanning, etc.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
- Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
1+ years of administrative experience is required. Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge is a plus. Experience with Coupa is preferred.
Physical Requirements- This is an onsite position.
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds if needed.
