Performs diversified, confidential, and highly responsible professional administrative services in support of multiple executives. This role requires independent judgment, tact, and initiative in planning events and travel, interfacing with business leaders, and resolving administrative problems. The Executive Assistant will exercise independent judgment on behalf of the executives supported, in alignment with organizational policies, practices, and activities. This role also provides periodic office management and operational support for the Dallas headquarters office, including coordination of office services and handling incoming mail/packages to ensure the office remains organized and operational for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities- Administrative Support: manage sensitive information, establish priorities, and optimize executive time.
- Meetings and Events: plan and organize meetings, research venues, manage attendee lists, provide onsite support, and coordinate company events.
- Travel Coordination: arrange domestic and international travel, act as liaison with corporate travel services.
- Liaison and Information Management: serve as a professional liaison, fulfill information requests, manage CG Connect information.
- Calendar Management: schedule and maintain executives’ calendars.
- Data Management and Analysis: compile and analyze data, update and manage databases.
- Office and Facilities Support in Dallas: provide onsite office management support, manage mail, coordinate office vendors and maintenance, support onsite logistics for meetings and events, manage contracts (Docu Sign, PO, CAF, MSA, CSA).
- Additional Duties: provide sick and vacation coverage, research corporate discounts, provide ad hoc support to Sr EAs and the MSL Team.
- High School Graduate with two years of post-high school trade, business or professional school, or an Associate’s degree.
- Five years of experience providing administrative and secretarial support at an executive level.
- High proficiency in administrative and secretarial skills and versatility with office software.
- Ability to maintain orderly files and information; willingness to travel to the Dallas headquarters as needed.
- Ability to work as part of a team across remote domestic locations and different time zones.
- Excellent organizational skills and professional demeanor with internal and external stakeholders.

CompensationThe pay range for this role is $94,000 – $110,000 per year (Dallas, hybrid).
