Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Administrative Rep - Base Operator operates switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls and handles base operations for store. Good phone voice and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities &
Essential Functions:
* Operates switchboard to make connections and relay calls
* Supplies information to callers and records messages
* Keeps record of calls received
* Performs clerical duties such as sorting mail, light typing, making copies, faxing
* Provides outstanding customer service via the telephone
* Assist in special projects for Store Administration
* Other duties may be assigned
