The Project Coordinator (or Senior Project Coordinator, if qualified) supports senior leadership in Chartwell’s valuation practice. This position blends project coordination with day-to-day administrative and office operations support, working closely with executives to ensure the smooth execution of client engagements, internal processes, and overall office functions.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience working in a professional environment, preferably a financial services firm
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, communications, or other relevant discipline
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, preferred

The Event Coordinator supports senior leadership in Chartwell’s marketing team. This position focuses on corporate event and conference process management, working closely with team members across all practice areas who contribute to the firmwide business development efforts through professional industry association involvement.

  • 0-5 years experience working in a professional environment, preferably a financial services firm
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, communications, or other relevant discipline

The entry-level Administrative Assistant supports senior leadership and junior staff in Chartwell’s Portland office and works with team members across Chartwell’s other offices on a special projects basis. This position requires frequent interaction with colleagues, clients, professional partners, and vendors. Primary responsibilities include day-to-day office management, general administrative tasks, and a variety of corporate operations assignments.
