Polsinelli has a position available for an experienced full-time Legal Administrative Assistant (Legal Secretary) in their Dallas office, supporting the Litigation practice groups.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience.
- Candidates must be versed in Texas State and Federal Court e-filing.
- Manage files, create TOC and TOA, open new matters as attorneys request, and maintain all relevant document inclusions for the files.
- Responsible for various administrative tasks including strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage attorney calendars and travel schedules.
- Assist with billing projects and reviews.
- Must be comfortable acting as an executive assistant dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
