HR Media & Co. is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support a High-Profile individual.

Position Title: Executive Personal Assistant

Location:Dallas, TX/Fort Worth, TX (In-Person)

Reports to: Principal

Job Type: Full Time

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasionally Sunday-Thursday

Salary: $85,000.00 – $ per year

Position Summary

The Executive Personal Assistant will provide direct support to a high-profile individual, managing both executive priorities and personal logistics in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This role focuses on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations through expert coordination of scheduling, travel, household management, and lifestyle support.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with the Principal in a trusted capacity. This role requires a service-oriented mindset, exceptional judgment, emotional intelligence, discretion, and a steady, composed temperament, along with the ability to remain resilient and adaptable in high-demand situations. The role includes managing complex logistics, being available on call as needed, and supporting occasional travel, while serving as a critical extension of the principal’s daily life and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, day-to-day support to the Principal (High-Profile individual), managing both personal and professional priorities with precision and discretion
  • Manage and optimize a high-volume, constantly evolving calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and priority alignment
  • Lead and execute all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and real-time adjustments
  • Oversee and support household operations, working closely with staff and vendors to ensure a seamless, well-maintained environment
  • Coordinate personal errands, shopping, and returns, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail
  • Support personal care and daily lifestyle needs, including coordination of appointments, routines, and individual preferences
  • Assist with wardrobe, appearance coordination, and preparation for meetings, events, and public engagements, as needed
  • Support wardrobe management and styling coordination, including outfit planning and preparation for public appearances
  • Prepare for and support events, hosting, and guest experiences, ensuring high standards of presentation and execution
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, managing communications with discretion and professionalism
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with minimal direction
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion at all times
  • Remain accessible and responsive outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Travel with or on behalf of the principal, ensuring seamless execution of all logistics and support needs
Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Experience supporting high-profile individuals, celebrities, public figures, or high-net-worth clients required
  • Background in retail, fashion, or client-facing environments is a plus, particularly in luxury or high-touch settings
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be comfortable working with dogs
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, travel, and logistics
  • High level of professionalism, maturity, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong emotional intelligence, composed temperament, and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to operate with resilience, flexibility, and strong judgment
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine heart to serve
