Norm Reeves Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Financial Officer at our Dallas, TX office. This is a high-accountability, on‑site role within a lean, senior-level team. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in an independent, focused work environment and takes pride in flawless execution.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, and travel arrangements for the CFO
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CFO
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and keep the CFO organized and on schedule
  • Support special projects and cross‑functional coordination as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a C‑suite executive
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Professional, discreet, and composed under pressure
  • Experience in automotive, finance, or multi‑location organizations a plus
