Utilities Compliance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform data entry tasks for various data surveys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Accurately enter and update data from surveys into our database systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries.
• Ensure all data entry processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits of data entries to identify and correct errors.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to data entry and compliance.

• Associate degree
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS
• 2+ years of experience within data entry within the utility industry
• Proficient within Excel
• Bachelor’s degree
