Job Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is responsible for managing front office operations, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to‑day office functioning.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed
  • Coordinate meeting room scheduling and setup
  • Assist with internal communications and basic clerical tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist in organization and setup of office events
Additional People Operations Responsibilities
  • Assist in calendar scheduling & meeting set‑up for leaders & guests
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings
  • Set up meeting minutes, take notes & send recap action items/meeting notes to attending participants
  • Assist with onboarding & new hire orientation
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with good knowledge and skill set in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and customer‑service orientation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
