Position: OFFICE ADMIN/RESERVATIONIST

Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator / Reservationist to support our restaurant operations and guest services. This role is responsible for managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, assisting with event contracts, and maintaining organized administrative systems within the office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable communicating with guests in a hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage reservation requests and assist guests with booking questions
  • Address guest concerns and direct issues to the appropriate management team when necessary
  • Prepare and complete contracts for prix fixe parties and group dining reservations
  • Track and document contracts and reservation details in Excel spreadsheets
  • Print restaurant and event menus as needed
  • Maintain office organization, files, and documentation
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Open Table Experiencea plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email platforms
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous hospitality, reservations, or administrative experience preferred
