Job Title
Job duties include:
Responsible for the development and administration of all Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) retailer operations and compliance activities across the Nation.
Provides oversight of retailer authorization, reauthorization, administrative services for participating stores, and the full range of compliance activities including investigations and administrative actions.
Provides executive leadership for the planning, coordination, and execution of national retailer authorization and compliance functions.
Leads collaborative law-enforcement relationships—providing technical guidance to the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Attorneys, and State and local law-enforcement partners—to ensure effective investigative and compliance outcomes.
Drives transformational initiatives and organizational improvements that support program integrity, operational accountability, and strategic priorities across the retail landscape.
