Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Type of Employment: 6-Month Contract

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 / Hourly

Job Description

Addison Group is working with our client to hire an Administrative Assistant for a contract role. This individual will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries and supporting the office. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative support for the office
  • Assist customers with online registration and account setup
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and customer files
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries or required documentation
  • Support the front desk or other administrative areas as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
