The Opportunity

We're seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work. The ideal candidate enjoys being part of a collaborative office environment and is comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with project support activities.

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or project support experience
  • Experience with in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) industry is strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting construction administration, project coordination, RFIs, submittals, or project documentation is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
  • Experience with Canva or presentation design tools is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams

This is a fully in-office position based in Dallas, TX. Because this role supports daily office operations, front desk responsibilities, and in-person collaboration with project teams, remote work is not available for this position.

This role offers the opportunity to grow beyond traditional administrative support. Team members in similar positions have gained exposure to project coordination and construction administration responsibilities, creating opportunities for long-term career development within the firm.
