Bilingual Secretary To The Director Of Operations

Manuel Diaz Law Firm, PC is seeking a professional, organized, and self-motivated Bilingual (Spanish) Secretary to the Director of Operations to support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Director of Operations.

Reporting Relationship:
Reports to the Director of Operations.

Duties And Relationships:
This position plays a key role in maintaining supporting daily office operations, maintaining organization, and ensuring professional communication with clients, staff and vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, professional, has strong communication skills, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Director of Operations
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling coordination
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
  • Maintain contact lists and operational records
  • Monitor deadlines and assist with follow-up tasks and projects
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Our firm has offices throughout the DFW Metroplex and an office in San Antonio, therefore, occasional travel may be required.
  • Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 1–3 years of administrative, executive assistant, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; Adobe Acrobat)
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
  • Ability and willingness to travel to other firm office locations as needed

Hourly Pay:
Based on applicant's years of relevant experience.
