Location:
Dallas, Texas (Flexible, Multiple Locations in Country)
Support senior leadership at Fujitsu Way finders as a trusted executive assistant, managing complex calendars, travel, and communications across time zones. The role requires high judgment, discretion, and ability to handle competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Support – Provide day‑to‑day support to senior leaders and consulting executives
- Interface professionally with C‑suite clients, board‑level stakeholders, and senior internal partners
- Anticipate needs and proactively support leaders and their teams
- Calendar Management – manage complex, fast‑changing executive calendars, balance competing priorities, resolve scheduling conflicts across time zones, protect executive time
- Travel & Logistics – coordinate domestic and international travel on short timelines, manage end‑to‑end itineraries, contingency planning, real‑time adjustments
- Operations & Administration – manage expenses, reporting, administrative workflows, maintain organized systems, support high‑level communications, triage inquiries
- Trusted Partnership – handle highly sensitive confidential information with discretion, serve as liaison across internal teams, clients, external stakeholders, continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience – 5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in consulting or fast‑paced professional services; experience with C‑level leaders and client‑facing stakeholders; proven ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, global travel
- Capabilities – highly organized, strong prioritization skills, strong communication skills and executive presence, comfortable working independently, high level of professionalism, judgment, discretion
- Technical Skills – advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools
- Flexibility – willingness to work across time zones as needed to support senior leaders
Pay Range: $80,000 to $100,000 USD. Eligibility for short‑term incentive based on company results and performance.
