Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of ordering cemetery memorials, including headstones, markers, and related products
- Verify order details for accuracy, including inscriptions, design specifications, and placement requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery
- Track all memorial orders from placement through installation, maintaining organized and up-to-date records
- Communicate status updates with families, staff, and management as needed
- Resolve order discrepancies or delays by working directly with vendors and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with cemetery regulations, policies, and quality standards
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer knowledge (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, HMIS, word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software)
