Overview
The Q Family Office is looking for a bright, eager, and dedicated individual to join its multi-billion dollar private investment office in downtown Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will have a desire to develop both analytical and operational skills. The work is fast-paced and varied, with exposure to business issues, special projects, and general office administration. This role will work closely with the partners of the firm to plan and coordinate events, manage and schedule travel, develop policies and procedures, and oversee various special projects.
Responsibilities- Coordinating business travel for employees and guests of the firm
- Managing operational functions
- Coordinating special events for the firm throughout the year
- Researching and developing new ideas and projects
- Have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- 5+ years of professional administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to commit to the position for at least two years
- Be able to work around the company’s office hours (8 a.m.
- 6 p.m. Monday-Friday) - Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity and workflow
- Have explored AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive work, synthesize information, or support decision-making, and be able to demonstrate such solutions
Compensation will be increased up to 10% over current, depending on experience, plus full benefits.
