Front Desk Coordinator
Robert Half is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting guests, answering phones, handling administrative tasks, and helping ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception space.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations as needed.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Assist with office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support internal teams with clerical tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
