Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Business Administration
The mission is seeking to staff a Program Coordinator position within the Trade Program, as well as senior administrative support positions that may arise following this selection process. This selection process may also be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates for similar senior administrative positions (indeterminate, term, or temporary). These positions provide senior administrative, coordination, and operational support to mission programs and executive offices.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating meetings, events, official visits, travel, and hospitality arrangements.
- Managing calendars, schedules, correspondence, records, databases, and filing systems.
- Preparing, reviewing, and formatting reports, briefing materials, diplomatic correspondence, and other documentation.
- Monitoring budgets and expenditures, processing financial transactions, and preparing related reports and claims.
- Conducting research, compiling information, and providing administrative advice and recommendations.
- Liaising with government officials, service providers, diplomatic missions, and other stakeholders.
- Supporting the delivery of trade, executive, and corporate services programs and activities.
- Coordinating the work of support staff and contributing to process improvements, special projects, and operational initiatives.
This selection process is open to applicants who are residing and legally authorized to work in the United States, meet all of the essential qualifications, and submit a complete application by the closing date. Successful candidates must reside in Dallas area at the time of appointment.

EssentialQualifications
All essential qualifications will be assessed. Methods of assessments and screening of candidates may include but are not limited to: verification of credentials, resume and letters of presentation; interviews, exams and practical tests; presentations or other types of assessments.
EducationThis position requires:
- An associate, college diploma or professional degree from a legally recognized college in administration or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
* An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience refers to: 2 years of work experience
Note:
Candidates will be required to provide proof of their education.
The following languages and proficiency levels are required for this job. Candidates will be formally assessed or requested to provide proof of certification on these levels.
- An advanced proficiency level (reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking) in English.
In order to perform the duties relevant to this job, the following experience is required.
- Minimum 2 years cumulative experience in administrative support such as calendar management, completing forms and payment initiation, managing budgets, coordinating events, and drafting emails or responding to clients.
All competencies will be assessed. All competencies must be met prior to appointment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, SharePoint, and collaborative tools.
