Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin, Executive Admin/ Personal Assistant
DPR Construction is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Office Coordinator to join our Dallas team. The primary responsibilities of the Office Coordinator include managing daily operations of the office and supporting the planning and execution of company events within the Dallas Business Unit and across the project sites. The preferred candidate will have previous administrative, office support and event planning experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks and creatively solve problems while exercising discretion.

- Responsible for General Administrative duties to maintain an organized, efficient, well‑maintained and welcoming office environment.
- Greets and welcomes all visitors upon arrival, including customers, job candidates, trade partners and travelers from other DPR offices.
- Orders, stocks, and maintains inventory of office supplies, drinks, snacks.
- Ensures conference rooms are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Supports meeting logistics including placing food and catering orders, room set up, and general support for scheduled meetings or trainings.
- Requests and distributes purchasing cards and cell phones, and coordinates DPR fleet needs for new employees.
- Manages incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries and scans documents to appropriate parties.
- Assists with maintaining and distributing digital and print employee communications.
- Prepares and organizes materials for weekly onboarding sessions including scheduling and set up of training room, ordering necessary supplies and company swag, and copying all materials.
- Manages basic facility needs including conference room scheduling system, and communicates issues to building management when necessary; ensures vendor‑managed equipment is serviced, maintained and coordinates with third‑party vendors for service and repair needs.
- Provides administrative and logistical support for annual, quarterly, and on‑going events and activities that drive engagement and align with the DPR culture.
- Assists People Practices team with various event tasks and coordination including organizing, scheduling, and event set up within the Dallas office, off‑site venues, or surrounding job sites.
- Decorates office for company events, activities, holidays and various celebrations creating a fun, festive, and engaging environment.
- Supports event communications including digital signage and printing and distributing of promotional materials.
- Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or customer‑facing support roles.
- Event coordination / party planning experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Canva is a plus.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to anticipate needs and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to be in office Monday thru Friday with the flexibility to adjust hours occasionally to support various events when needed.
- Must be able to travel by car to off‑site company events and local job sites when necessary.
