As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to support a Director or Senior Manager.
** In this role you will:
*** Maintain flow of correspondence and communications
* Gather research data for projects
* Set up and maintain files, records, and correspondence
* Receive visitors, and schedule appointments
* Transcribe dictation
* Assist in budget preparation
** What you bring to the table:
*** Minimum 1 year administrative experience required; 2+ years experience supporting managers preferred
* 2 year degree preferred: Some college or business/secretarial schooling
* Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
* Time management and organizational skills
* Oral and written communication skills
* Customer service skills
* Multitasking skills
* Mathematical skills
* Shorthand and Dictaphone skills if required by Director or senior manager
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to handle confidential information

Hours:
** Monday - Friday; 8 am to 5 pm
** Compensation Details:
** The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
